Poor company please avoid
Poor company please avoid, money taken for booking, no confirmation received. Called customer services who advised my mobile number and email address were incorrect so they had been unable to contact me to advise "the airline had declined the request" . Yet they were able to identify my "booking" from my email address. They gave series of unplausible excuses and tried to offer an alternative much more expensive flight. Website site indicated they are checking and availability and prices whilst booking, this simply can't be true
