Personally I would recommend to avoid booking through Cruises.com. They seem to have little to no pull with cruise lines, as you would through a travel agent or the cruise line itself. I was seeking to change to an earlier date, which being told by many who have cruised previously and other travel agents, that they've been able to accomplish. Cruises.com was not able to make anything happen. Royal Caribbean wouldn't do anything but refer me back to Cruises.com. My recommendation, book through a travel agent instead.

This company charges you a NON-REFUNDABLE $25 fee just for booking and a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE fee if you have to cancel (even if there is no cancellation fees from the cruise line).
They have "offers" that are more difficult to redeem than a kidney.
There are plenty of travel agents that don't soak you with extra fees.
I had a wonderful TA, Stassja, who went above and beyond in helping me book my cruise. There were so many issues with the NCL websites, the credit card company, and a myriad of other problems but Stassja was patient and had a wonderful attitude.
