My agent was very knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant, friendly and very thorough. She gave a detailed explanation and encouraged me to open an account to get points and other perks. She is outstanding. I highly recommend her and Cruises.

Stress-free booking

I initially was booking my cruise on-line on Cruises.com's self service site. I had some questions so I ended up calling. My agent, Rachel, was very helpful and was able to address all of my questions and concerns. She was a delight to talk to and made my booking easy and stress-free.

I booked a room with a balcony and king bed and got a room without a balcony and twin beds. Want a refund. Didn’t get what I paid for.

Personally I would recommend to avoid…

Personally I would recommend to avoid booking through Cruises.com. They seem to have little to no pull with cruise lines, as you would through a travel agent or the cruise line itself. I was seeking to change to an earlier date, which being told by many who have cruised previously and other travel agents, that they've been able to accomplish. Cruises.com was not able to make anything happen. Royal Caribbean wouldn't do anything but refer me back to Cruises.com. My recommendation, book through a travel agent instead.

I had talked to Heath and was special in telling us all about the dog cruises on the dates we wanted and looking for suits and balconies ans going out of Orlando We appreciate him in answering all of our questions since it has been five years since our last trip We would highly recommend him

BEWARE of lots of non refundable fees

This company charges you a NON-REFUNDABLE $25 fee just for booking and a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE fee if you have to cancel (even if there is no cancellation fees from the cruise line). They have "offers" that are more difficult to redeem than a kidney. There are plenty of travel agents that don't soak you with extra fees.

I had a wonderful TA

I had a wonderful TA, Stassja, who went above and beyond in helping me book my cruise. There were so many issues with the NCL websites, the credit card company, and a myriad of other problems but Stassja was patient and had a wonderful attitude.
