$24.99 is non-refundable even the cruise is cancelled. I used travel agents and found it was the worst experience during Covid era. They are middle person - they have to contact cruise companies to even get a simple answer! I think they jack up the price so that they can claim "freebees". Learned enough - book directly with the cruise line.

I had been looking for months for a cruise to surprise my husband on his. 50th birthday but I was getting overwhelmed with all the choices. It was great to compare all the room options and prices in on list to tailor to what works best for our trip. I felt I was able to upgrade my room and understand what comes with it, where located and choose add-on packages if I wanted them. I felt I got a better deal with weighing the options vs limited choices from other websites.
