This was extremely nice coming from a mom of 2, a nurse and a small business owner. The classes are soo in depth and there is such good information to look back on throughout every stage of your education and implementing it into your practice. It is self paced which helped me in ways I cannot even describe. The quizzes and webinars keep you active and engaged. I am very pleased with this set up and Stephanie has such a warm and welcoming, non-judgmental energy about her.

I love that I got to become a Yoga Instructor through this online course. It was very much affordable than other Yoga courses I’ve looked up. I got to socialize with people taking the course and got there perspective on questions asked. I also loved that our instructor replied with her thoughts as well. It was an amazing experience.
