This was extremely nice coming from a mom of 2, a nurse and a small business owner. The classes are soo in depth and there is such good information to look back on throughout every stage of your education and implementing it into your practice. It is self paced which helped me in ways I cannot even describe. The quizzes and webinars keep you active and engaged. I am very pleased with this set up and Stephanie has such a warm and welcoming, non-judgmental energy about her.

I have been very impressed with the level of anatomy, physiology, critical thinking, and current research taught in this course. I feel incredibly prepared to begin teaching yoga and I feel I have the tools necessary to market myself as a well-rounded instructor. This is a fantastic way to dive into the yoga world!
