This was extremely nice coming from a mom of 2, a nurse and a small business owner. The classes are soo in depth and there is such good information to look back on throughout every stage of your education and implementing it into your practice. It is self paced which helped me in ways I cannot even describe. The quizzes and webinars keep you active and engaged. I am very pleased with this set up and Stephanie has such a warm and welcoming, non-judgmental energy about her.

Having the option to do this entire program online made it possible for me to finally get my yoga teachers certificate. I knew this was the next step I needed to deepen my practice. Not only was it online, it was very affordable. I was able to work my full time job while taking this course. Stephanie always answered my emails and texts very promptly. Is was amazing. I am so thankful for this program. I would definitely recommend this to others. Thanks!

You are going to get what you put into ANY course, so why pay more for it? A good, self-directed learner will do very well with this. I enjoyed the course,the instructor prepared me as well as any instructor could to teach yoga, and I'm happy with the outcome. I'm inspired to carry on and deepen my study of Yoga, and I was able to do most of the coursework from my phone after my kids were asleep. I would take more courses from Steph in a heartbeat. She was wonderfully supportive and has created a loving, nurturing environment for her teacher trainees

I was able to work at my own pace; the teacher was available when I needed over email. Make an effort to have your own practice, this is 100% your success in life and also as an instructor, NO MATTER WHAT TRAINING IS GOOD FOR YOU, SELF PRACTICE IS A MUST. Don't get any books until you sign up and you know what books are required; take time to read and research on your own. I had a notebook pens, pencils, colors, stickers etc.. some people do everything on their electronics, all I am saying is: "This is a training with lots of info, take time, don't skim on time spent"
