This was extremely nice coming from a mom of 2, a nurse and a small business owner. The classes are soo in depth and there is such good information to look back on throughout every stage of your education and implementing it into your practice. It is self paced which helped me in ways I cannot even describe. The quizzes and webinars keep you active and engaged. I am very pleased with this set up and Stephanie has such a warm and welcoming, non-judgmental energy about her.

YOU NEED TO TAKE THIS COURSE. LOOK NO FURTHER. I genuinely was suspicious of online programs after reading reviews on other programs, but I was able to speak to Steph via text personally. She gave me full details, fielded all my questions, and was so loving and enthusiastic in all her answers and instructions. The community on Facebook is always unbelievable...there’s hundreds of us on the page and everyone’s posting all the time and commenting/discussing openly and kindly. Like, I haven’t met these people in person, but I feel like I’m in an accepting, loving school of people who strongly share the same interest I do. I’m so thankful for Steph and this course :)

This course was such a great experience! I was a little nervous taking a yoga instructor course online but I am so glad I did! All of the material was informative and they were there to assist you if you ever needed it. With the circumstances at the end of my course with COVID-19 Steph made sure there were extra resources for students like live zoom study groups and more. Steph genuinely cares about each student and has a passion for what she does and that shines through. I hope she adds more courses in the future!

Loved this yoga school for its beautiful community . A comprehensive Program from the Philosophy of yoga to gaining a better understanding Anatomy, to learning beautiful asanas that I can apply to my practice. There is so much more in this program that I loved . The owner Steph is authentic .She is available by either text or email to you and is very prompt in getting back to you . Her videos Of her asana’s are well planned out and I love that she has modifications for many of the poses. I would Definitely recommend this yoga program for anyone looking for an authentic community . You will not only gain great skills to become a great teacher but you will learn more about your inner self and will be able to apply it with an Enthusiastic approach to your future students.

I am glad that I choose this Yoga School for getting my certificate. From my point of view, it is a complex training full of all you need to become a yoga teacher. Many examples, many advice, many videos with explanations, many templates that are meant to help you in the future, and a great community.
