This was extremely nice coming from a mom of 2, a nurse and a small business owner. The classes are soo in depth and there is such good information to look back on throughout every stage of your education and implementing it into your practice. It is self paced which helped me in ways I cannot even describe. The quizzes and webinars keep you active and engaged. I am very pleased with this set up and Stephanie has such a warm and welcoming, non-judgmental energy about her.

Online Yoga School structures the discipline of Yoga into a full academic and practicum program complete with in depth anatomy classes to ensure students are well rounded and started on the path to specialization. I highly recommend OYS to ALL yogis and would-be yoga beginners for a full-depth yoga indoctrination! Steph is a great leader and guide for students coming from all perspectives, all walks of life.

It was a wonderful journey! Steph did a wonderful job putting together the program. I was hoping to participate in a yoga teacher training for years, but my dream seemed to be out of reach due to the hours and price of traditional YTT courses. But then recommended Online Yoga School. Finally it was possible for me to become a yoga teacher! It is a very affordable program that can be finished at your own pace. Every question I ever had along the way, Steph was quick to answer through text or email. I’ve had a wonderful experience and would do it all over again in a heartbeat!

This online Yoga School was very thorough. Once you sign up you have access to the material for life. Steph is an excellent Yoga mentor and business woman. She pays attention to her students and gives productive feedback. I plan to continue with more training via her school in the future. The 200 hour training has so much material that really needs to be reviewed over and over again. She also offers a weekly newsletter and Zoom sessions to assist her student teachers. Her open and loving spirit is reassuring to the Yoga Community and much appreciated. Her team of professionals are also awesome especially demonstrating anatomy and function on videos. 5 Stars is not nearly enough for this school.
