The Exchange is a great tool. To be honest, it has declined a little over the years in my opinion, but it is still a fantastic asset to any courier or haulage business. It helps us cover work when we are stuck and obtain re-loads for our own returning vehicles.
I want to sincerely thank Joshua for the support he provided during my onboarding in the CX team. His guidance was clear, patient, and thorough, which made the transition much smoother and less overwhelming. He took the time to walk me through key processes, answered all my questions, and shared practical insights that helped me get up to speed quickly. Total waste of time, the only winners are CX with their expensive subscription fees and the shippers who get their jobs done for next to nothing because the system is saturated with people like me bidding peanuts for the work, there’s also a very believable guy out there making videos and posting them on the popular video streaming site, he seriously needs to stop the FAKE NEWS!!

The Exchange has gone down the pan, I have just wasted four hours of my life quoting on jobs going as low as 50p per mile to no avail, yesterday only managed one £40 job all day. I looked on the availability tab last night there were over 2700 available drivers and only 37 jobs to bid on nationwide. After hiking their prices by 35% this month no one is going to be making a living as a driver through this platform. Good if you want to post a job and get it covered for nothing, useless as driver trying to make a living!

wow what a complete waste of time this courier x change is having been a member for over 2 year I have lost a lot of money. cx don't care about us 1 bit they just care about the big companies. how much jobs I've done and never been paid for it cx don't care 1 bit.they do not help they do not support.and if you get a complain they automatically take the others side and if you have 1 bad feed back don't expect a job. average price is 70p a mile max and you will be lucky to even get the job you have to ring 50 jobs to get 1 don't expect to work 5 days a week impossible to happen. think its time to cut my losses and go work in pound land defo make more money but after all the bad they have the best app by far and so easy to work they. courier x change is great for selling jobs terrible for buying jobs.cx is the best platform just two many members fighting other work. if you do join cx try and find permanent work on there do not just keep bidding you will lose money and a great deal of money

complete waste of time!!!!! companies who sell jobs courier exchange is on their side!!!! companies who chasing payment courier exchange doesn't wanna know!!!! big companies can sue courier exchange hence reason why they look after them!!! a bit of advise for small owner drivers be careful before paying for the membership!!!!!!

I joined cx about a month ago after putting all my savings into setting up my own courier business, so far I have hardly done any work despite being prepared to work 7 days a week! This is already causing me great financial difficulties. I put many quotes in as soon as they appear on my app both by phone and electronically, using vs pricing guidelines. At the moment I have had to quote as low as 60p per mi!e but still no good, will be bankrupt soon!! Anyone having similar trouble? Member 184274

I've been a courier for the last 30 years, and worked for various Courier companies over the years. I've worked for courier companies that would give me bits and pieces which wouldn't even earn me a full weeks wages. I've worked for courier companies that would last about 6 to 12 months and go out of business. Joining CX was the best thing I've done, I wish I signed up to CX a long time ago. CX has given me the opportunity to access any work from thousands of courier companies which gives me the wage bracket I'm happy with on a monthly basis. In my opinion there isn't any other Courier and Transport platform available out there that offers as much work 24/7 as CX. From EXPRESS SAME DAY COURIERS.
