The Exchange is a great tool. To be honest, it has declined a little over the years in my opinion, but it is still a fantastic asset to any courier or haulage business. It helps us cover work when we are stuck and obtain re-loads for our own returning vehicles.
I want to sincerely thank Joshua for the support he provided during my onboarding in the CX team. His guidance was clear, patient, and thorough, which made the transition much smoother and less overwhelming. He took the time to walk me through key processes, answered all my questions, and shared practical insights that helped me get up to speed quickly. His approachable attitude and willingness to help made a big difference. I truly appreciate his support and mentorship.
Thank you for the support and help from the beginning. Thank you.

this is a scam... after being constantly harassed to sign up the level of service is appalling...frankly i am going to report them to whomever is the regulatory body.. they say they provide access to hundreds of jobs daily in reality a handful at best, the salesman, Will will show you a demo that has hundreds, its not a live demo and it is designed to get you to join, avoid like the plaque Update re the response...the reason I was unable to log in and utilise the "services" was because it took 10 days for you to send the details to enable me to log in to the platform. And as for the search settings thank you for the advice however I did change the search settings and there was an average of 4 jobs within 100miles ...like I said scam
Rubbish, i am from north east of England but I'm receiving job notifications a local 10 mile job in london, local jobs in Southampton. About 100 notification day which is frustrating. If ever there is notification 50 miles aways from my location and its like 200 miles journey you bid £120 you will not get it. If you bid £60 for that 200 miles journey you have 5% chance of getting it. I have been a member for 1 week and i never get a single job. Also you will get your first earning after 2 months. So good luck guys!😅
Waste of time and money. If you have a boring life and lots of money then you can start a courier business relaying on courier exchange. We started the business in June 2019 with an LWB van. I knew that will not be easy and as a new business will take a while to establish ourselves on courier exchange platform and to build a customer base (to get good reviews from clients). First few days was absolutely impossible to get any job at all even if you are online all day long and bidding at all jobs quoting the minimum price just to get back your expenses. Spoke to customer service because we thought that nobody can see our biddings. They told us that maybe our price is too high. I had bids low as 35p/mile just to see if I get any jobs. Which I didn’t! I was bidding 24/7 at any jobs on 50 miles radius without success. Eventually after weeks of trying we got some jobs. Cheap and unprofitable, jobs just for good reviews. The clients are not paying in time if they pay at all and treating you without respect or any professionalism like you are a piece of s***! I struggled like that till January 2020( before corona started). I lost approximately 13.000£ on fuel, insurances, courier exchange fees, and lost in van value over this period of time). Courier exchange team is very polite and useful before they are taking the money from you, encouraging you about how good their platform is and how many jobs they have for you. For every job they have there, are few hundreds of bidders. (Think about that) I cancelled subscription for the following year with two months before renewal because I had enough and I couldn’t afford to loose more money. The renewal for next year was way overpriced. They tried to rob me for another £2350. I wouldn’t renew it not even for FREE! As soon as we cancelled the renewal they deleted our account and now we cannot even access the past invoices or to recover some money from the unpaid invoices from the scammers!! If my review will convince (save) only one person from being robed I did my job. Stay away from courier business if you don’t have your own customers! Courier exchange is not good even for back loads. They have few jobs and there are thousands of people bidding for those few jobs. Good luck and be wiser than I was!
They promise a lot of work on the phone when they are trying to sell it to you, but in reality there is little to no work on this. This is why they take 6 months deposit, they know if they allowed people to pay monthly, then they would cancel after the first month!! As well as this, people are undercutting prices like there is no tomorrow, charging silly rates like 80p per mile for LWB Sprinters. Quite shocked to be honest.
I think most of the reviews in this website are paid reviews. The website is not good for business no payment on time lots of defaulter transporter i lost more than grant also money is not good 100 mile job paid 60 long wheel base job. worst experience. But the worst thing is customer service try yourself call them for sales team pick you phone less then 5 sec but complaint team have to call more than 10 times. worst customer service.
Quite the worst business decision i've ever made was signing up to this awful exchange. When selling you the system they show you all the drops on a map, and then after you sign up you find the map option isn't available unless you pay more per month, which make strying to find your next drop while on the road a total waste of time, espcially as th esysme is sooo slooow to catch up with where you are, And you're doing it for peanuts anyway because the prices they say you'll get are nowhere near what you actually have to quote to win anything. And then you're typically waiting 45 days to get paid, and you end up chasing half on them - I've just had to wait 5 months to be paid for a drop from London to North Devon. And then they won't refund you anything, not even pro rata, although you can't actually test the system properly until after you've signed up and paid for it. You're better off spending the money on lottery tickets - at least Lotto offers the potential of a payback at the end, and at better odds than this exchange!
We've been members of the courier exchange for over 5 years. A small courier company that hoped to pick up back load for our drivers who had delivered across the country, but competition is so fierce for the few jobs that are posted there is no point in bidding for any work now. Long wheel bases are being priced at 80p per mile to get the work, and small vans are about 50p per mile. You then have to wait to get payment from the customer which sometimes takes over 60 days. CX do not help in chasing any of the debt and have recently increased prices without any increase in quality of what they offer. It is a sorry state of affairs for what was once a professional platform going down the swanny
Payment comes after 2 months some companies pays after 3 months....CX can’t do anything for early payment....for 100 miles job you bid lowest to get it like £50/£60 and there is no surity you get return job....only those people enjoy it who have secure direct link with the companies and they’re not new drivers.or they do co loading...if you are looking courier job better to join direct with any company who have planty of work....companies are very nice when they are struggling but rude when you chase them for payment....imagine after 2 month you have to call the company for payment and if there is dispute...CX Also take 4 weeks time to solve it...CX always towards companies side not drivers......too many drivers compare to jobs ....cheapest bidder gets job...you have to drive and keep eye on app for jobs n calling the companies as well...stay safe......at the end you have renew the membership with CX as well once a year or twice a year...
January CX put there price up and not just by a little increase, it is far too expensive and has little work on it this year. To be far it's being going downhill on CX since last January. At best 35-40 jobs showing in 4 hours and you can imagine with all the drivers that use the system the price of jobs are cheap. London to Manchester on a XLWB be luck to get that for £90. Yesterday at 11am there was on 4 jobs in the north west and had to wait 3 hours before getting a job back south for £85. The system is a joke so is the staff. When speaking to my accounts manager to lower my package or see what help they are offering at this moment as a lot of invoicing is outstanding I was met with the reply "we are offering nothing to help why, you can pause your CX or chase in any outstanding invoicing". They just don't get that some people are struggling so chasing people for money isn't going help and all CX care about is taking your money.. DO NOT BELIEVE THERE SALE BS IF YOUR THINKING OF JOINING, SYSTEM IS DEAD AND HAS BEEN SINCE JANUARY.
Very expensive now and too many drivers fighting for the same job..
