The Exchange is a great tool. To be honest, it has declined a little over the years in my opinion, but it is still a fantastic asset to any courier or haulage business. It helps us cover work when we are stuck and obtain re-loads for our own returning vehicles.
I want to sincerely thank Joshua for the support he provided during my onboarding in the CX team. His guidance was clear, patient, and thorough, which made the transition much smoother and less overwhelming. He took the time to walk me through key processes, answered all my questions, and shared practical insights that helped me get up to speed quickly. Ive done cx back in day it was dead it got me into debt they filled me with BS told meni could make 1000s fool of ke to belive them they say u need a newish van must be white etc so i got a loan and bought a new van for £12000 then courier insurance £4000anually the goods in transit insurance £120anually then i uad to buy extras like straps and safety gear like shoes and clothing for the jobs so i did i all this guess wat happened guy?? It turned out to be bs i got into debt you bidd for a job and they want it done for pennys Jobs for even upto 50miles they want to pay £10 jobs upto £100 they wana pay £40 you will not make nothing instead get in debt like me and others somtimes id be bidding on jobs from 8am then dont get a job till 4pm which is £100 for £40 at 4pm i had to leave and I seriously told cx you’ve got me into debt I couldn’t even afford to pay back for my van or my courier insurance my partner was helping me untill after 2years I realised ive lost and this was a scam all along alegal scam so u cant screw them over cx doesn’t care its a few people who’ve set this up from atiny office and milking money out of desperate hard working drivers its best to set up ur own courier company people just set a name and advertise anywer where you can and wait for companys to call you to deliver this cx is a joke it set me behind in life by 3years im still in debt now and struggling what a joke
At Stagetruck we have been using this site for around 2 months. It has been very useful finding loads for our trucks especially the ridges, which has been hard in these covid times. Overall very pleased
I have only been on Courier Exchange for a few months and have been more than happy with the amount of jobs available, especially given the current situation with Covid. The tracker and app work really well and are simple and easy to use. I really don't have any complaints and would recommend CX to anyone looking to start up a courier business or for companies looking for reliable courier services.

Very good platform to find and post loads. This platform helping us achieve our business goals. Highly recommended to companies or owner drivers to join the platform. The platform has been a very useful tool in picking up back loads, CX to be fair hasn't had the number of job posts as pre lock down ( for obvious reasons).However, over the last couple of months it has certainly been a massive help. It is a great tool to assist and fill dead miles.
At first, I was concerned about the outlay and whether there would be any value from it. But, I've been extremely busy of late and the CX has played a massive part in that. It appears that the cost of joining may prove to have been a good investment. Hence, top marks to CX from me.
I use it for haulage and has literally save me thousands of pounds. Worth a go for sure :)
The website is great to use. But the only problem I have with Courier Exchange is that they take the couriers company words for everything. I mean everything. They do not protect drivers from abusive couriers. I had a complaint upheld against my company within the first two weeks of joining the exchnage. But they didn't have the audacity to listen to my part of the story and hence took the word of the courier company. Courier Exchange sort of had a can't be bothered to investigate approach. Just only took side with the couriers and didn't help me in any way shape or form. Any new drivers wanting to join the exchange please be careful!
