The Exchange is a great tool. To be honest, it has declined a little over the years in my opinion, but it is still a fantastic asset to any courier or haulage business. It helps us cover work when we are stuck and obtain re-loads for our own returning vehicles.
I want to sincerely thank Joshua for the support he provided during my onboarding in the CX team. His guidance was clear, patient, and thorough, which made the transition much smoother and less overwhelming. He took the time to walk me through key processes, answered all my questions, and shared practical insights that helped me get up to speed quickly. I have only been on the courier exchange a short while and I have mainly dealt with a girl called India who's been fantastic to me. She's very patient, understanding, knowledgable and very helpful to. I've had a few issues navigating my way around the app and the desk top site, I've also had issues with locating certain things as well, I've sent India an email and she's been in touch pretty much right away. Always happy to help me out, will listen to what help you require, never rushing you off the phone or trying to pass you on to a different colleague either. The epitome of customer service and what you'd want when wanting or needing advice or help, absolute credit to her team and company.

Absolute waste of time. Spend more hours looking at a screen trying to book a job than actually be on the road itself. You will not make money from this app i guarantee it. Avoid avoid avoid.
