The product is fine but the communication is awful. They prefer communication over IM but take days sometimes never to respond. And ypu get no notification when they do reply, you just have to keep logging into your dashboard to see of there is a new message. When you finally find a number to talk to a human they do work to resolve your issue. Just wish they could make it easier on their customers.
