Terrible customer service, they dont care about you! Never received my order
I found the cosmeticrx through groupon.com, so I made the purchase to prove it. I received a good deal. They were supposed to charge "$29.99 Shipping/handling charge for the 1st shipment not included due upon checkout. Please allow up to 1-2 days processing time for the medication to ship after consultation. I was charged $499 on my credit card and charged $29,99 to shipping. My credit card was blocked due to suspected fraud by my bank. I tried contacting them more than 100 times, via phone or chat, but they did not respond. Since January 6 when I made the purchase/consultation, I haven't received an answer until today. Maritza, who was super attentive during my consultation, was the only positive thing I experienced with them. Afterwards, I had no contact.
