Voor mij voortaan CORENDON!!! Goede ticketprijs, vlotte check in, vriendelijk jong personeel aan board, heerlijk eten en lekkere snacks, smooth flight. LEVE CORENDON!!!
Uçak Türkiye'den Almanya'ya gidiyor ve 1 tane bile Türkçe bilen hostes yoktu. Anonsların hiç biri Türkçe yapılmadı. Hem o kadar Türk var uçakta kaç Türk'ten para kazanıyorsunuz ama Türkçe hizmet sıfır
Sehr gutes Unternehmen, fliege schon seit ca. 3 Jahren nur mit dem Corendon, immer gute Angebote, viel Möglichkeiten sich einen passenden Flughafen in der Nähe auszusuchen. Immer freundliches Begleitungsteam.

War wieder klasse wie immer Locker und entspannt
Prix+ que correct pour du last minute. Avec 20kg en soute pour un billet eco. Le vrai hic est que je n’ai JAMAIS reçu le mail de confirmation. Heureusement que j’ai pris note de la référence lors de ma réservation. Impossible de mettre les billets sur le téléphone en wallet.

My wife bought online a PREMIUM ticket with booking # HTA2L5 and got it confirmed by Corendon by email on 04.06.25. But when she wanted to change the reservation the system did not recognize her email address although she signed up with it. She tried during several days with no success, so filled in the Customer Contact form to request the cancellation and received an acknowledgement B2C-2025-22091 on 07.07.25. Since the issue became very urgent as departure date was 09.07.25 she tried on ultiple occasion to call the service center in Belgium and Turkiye which were never operational. So it ended up with a "no show" and up to this very moment no reaction from Corendon. The bookin/buying system works very well but the modification and cancelletaion system seems to have big issues.

J’étais passager à bord du vol XC7706 le 26 août à 00h55, accompagné de ma famille. Si je n’ai rien à redire sur le déroulement général du vol, je tiens néanmoins à exprimer mon profond mécontentement concernant l’attitude du personnel de cabine. En effet, alors que mon enfant de 2 ans s’est mis à pleurer de manière continue pendant le vol, je me suis approché des hôtesses de l’air afin de demander, en urgence, une boisson chocolatée pour tenter de le calmer. Leur réponse a été totalement incompréhensible : elles m’ont demandé de retourner à ma place et d’attendre qu’elles passent dans l’allée pour le service, sans tenir compte de la situation. Malgré mes explications et l’évidence de l’inconfort que causait la situation pour tous les passagers, aucune exception n’a été faite. Je comprends parfaitement qu’il y ait des procédures à suivre à bord, mais un minimum de souplesse et d’empathie aurait été le bienvenu dans ce contexte particulier. Un simple geste, servir rapidement une boisson et encaisser le paiement aurait permis d’apaiser un enfant en détresse et d’éviter un désagrément prolongé pour l’ensemble des passagers. Je souhaite que cet incident soit pris en compte et qu’un rappel des bonnes pratiques en matière d’écoute et de gestion de situations familiales sensibles soit envisagé au sein de votre personnel navigant.
