Easy and fast booking

They scammed us, we tried to buy as a family of 4, like 3+1 because we wanted to get only 1 checked-in baggage. Tried to buy the tickets at the same time, synced. We were able to buy 3 tickets but weren't able to buy the 4th one with the baggage because of some sort of error. It turns out the price went up +15 euros for the 4th one. Truly shameless technique. Pegasus would've freezed the price for an hour after filling personal information.

Erstmal mal Ticket gebucht, war nicht kompliziert. Danke weiter so.

Not a comfortable experience with a child under two. After one hour delay, during takeoff, my son was naturally a bit restless, want to talk and play with other, and the flight attendant asked me to keep him still because he was “bothering” other passengers. I'm used to other airlines either offering support to calm a baby or simply being understanding—but I’ve never experienced a remark like that before.

Schnell unkomplizierte Buchung online, 👍 jedoch auf der Corendon App kann ich keinen Namen eingeben nur den 1. Buchstabe danach kommt gleich = bitte geben sie einen gültigen Name ein und es erscheint ein rotes Feld.

Having been given the wrong information about a flight time change we missed flight and were forced to pay an additional £900 to get on another flight back to gatwick, could have been avoided had you provided the correct information ahead of the departure date! Have already contacted the 3rd party who we booked through, who advised it is your responsibility to update us directly as the flights are booked under our details. PNR - YK0EA4 EDIT to response- you’re missing the point. you emailed me directly with a ‘change of time’ but the new flight details were incorrect, meaning we missed the flight, Again you’re providing me with incorrect information because you did email me directly about the flight time being changed and it was WRONG information, had the information been correct, we would not have missed the flight, therefore you are liable.
