Wat een aparte vliegmaatschappij. Er is geboekt voor een hoog bejaarde vrouw die ondersteuning nodig had en dat werd gewoon niet geboden. Bij beide zowel instap als aankomst. Dien je een klacht in hoor je gewoon niks. Slechte service is dit.

Meine Erfahrungen mit dieser Airline waren durchweg negativ. Immer Verspätung, keinerlei Entgegenkommen oder Kulanz. Gesetzliche Regelungen wie Ausgleichszahlungen? Fehlanzeige. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
Ik heb altijd probleem met het reserveren van stoelen, de stoel die ik wil kan ik niet reserveren omdat mijn man zwanger of invalide zou zijn, terwijl dit niet waar is? De betaling is nu reeds de tweede maal dat mijn betaling 2 x van mijn rekening is gegaan en ik moet afwachten of het terugbetaald wordt.
