Could not modify a PREMIUM ticket
My wife bought online a PREMIUM ticket with booking # HTA2L5 and got it confirmed by Corendon by email on 04.06.25. But when she wanted to change the reservation the system did not recognize her email address although she signed up with it. She tried during several days with no success, so filled in the Customer Contact form to request the cancellation and received an acknowledgement B2C-2025-22091 on 07.07.25. Since the issue became very urgent as departure date was 09.07.25 she tried on ultiple occasion to call the service center in Belgium and Turkiye which were never operational. So it ended up with a "no show" and up to this very moment no reaction from Corendon. The bookin/buying system works very well but the modification and cancelletaion system seems to have big issues.
