I have used consumer pulse for many years and love how easy it is. However I would like to see more rewards like amazon, PayPal or a supermarket.

It’s useful and takes very little time for a nice little suprise every few months :)

Absolutely disgraceful! I joined them for less than 2 months, diligently recorded relevant purchases each week, and accumulated points worth around £30. I was planning to redeem it when it reached a bit more, but suddenly, they closed my account. The reason? "You no longer meet our criteria." What they did to me was simply demand my personal information without providing any benefit. Once they've resold your data, they promptly close your account. My advice to those invited to join: think twice before wasting your precious time! UPDATE (21/11/23): They told me a quick call would allow me to redeem my points. So, I rang them, asking to turn my points into 2 x £20 Argos e-gift cards (my points worth around £44). Guess what? They said those cards weren't available for me, only £10 physical ones. They also suggested I log into my account to sort it myself. The problem is, my account's closed, so no logging in for me. I prefer e-vouchers so that they can't use 'delivery is lost' as a pretext. Nonetheless, they shuffled me to a 'help line,' claiming it'd sort things out. Well, the call dropped, and when I tried again, no agents were around. This whole experience just shows how terrible their service is. I'll keep you posted on the mess I'm dealing with. Think TWICE before joining.
I have been a member of Consumerpulse for 13 years. I have had an excellent experience with them and would highly recommend the site. It is so easy to enter your purchases and payout of rewards excellent. Thank you for years of rewards.
I can't remember how long I have been with this company it's been so long. I can honestly say they are fantastic. I just log in every Monday to enter my purchases, if I have any or not. The reminder email I get every Sunday is a good way not to forget. The rewards are great - e-vouchers are sent almost by return when I have applied for them.
Great company to work with , always received my vouchers quickly , nice gentle reminder if you forget .
I might 2 weeks ago join that and from the first day i can’t sign in… i ask for password reminder they sent but still not working
I have been with this company for many years, never had @ny issues. I usually allow the point to add up till Christmas time, then have a splash out. Never had a problem with receiving the vouchers. I can certainly recommend this company. Keep up the good work
Never had a problem. My voucher requests have always been redeemed quickly.
I am finding the reviews on here most interesting! I received exactly the same email back in early May informing me: 'We regret to inform you that we had to close your account as we have not received any response from you since our last reminder.' I had logged in more than once a week. I have phoned Consumer Pulse and email and apart from a email acknowledgement I have not received any explanation as to why my account was closed!
To begin with was great. I recorded my purchases and received reward. Continued to record purchases and responded to last email received stating that I hadn't made any new purchases. Received an email saying I hadn't responded & they were closing my account. I was close to receiving another reward. What a great way to obtain users data for free & not reward them! An update as they contacted me today (23/5/23). They reopened my account temporarily & added a goodwill amount so I could reach the reward payout. Top marks for the response and outcome
They got one star because it was fine for a while. I joined in March, recorded relevant purchases each week and earned £25. Then they closed my account. First reason given - You have not responded to our last reminder. Pure bull! Second explanation - You no longer meet our criteria and closure is not appealable. Total tosh!! At least I haven't lost my earnings but I'm appalled by their shabby treatment!
By far the best student survey conpany I use weekly. Paid for many Xbox games from Argos! It’s brilliant and engaging. Much better than another company which is similar! These reward you like they should properly
Been a member for a number of years now, they pay out well for the surveys and diary entries you undertake. However you do need to commit to it as the regular recording of information is what helps them understand purchasing habits and changes in habits. If you are willing to be a regular panellist then you can expect to be rewarded for your time. The panelist support team are also really helpful.
Great survey company. Easy to fill in, fair compensation for time involved and points mount up quickly. Only downside, as others have said, limited options for cash in. Would like to see Amazon, M&S, Next or preferably Pay Pal
A great survey company and helpful staff if you have a problem.
I've been with consumer pulse for a long time, I've cashed out vouchers at times and built up at others. They are always proficient in communication and keep me updated with new items when available. I would like others like to see more reward options and would value a reply from them accordingly
Been with them for a number of years and i must say to my humble opinion are great no issues. only downside as already mentioned is the luck of redeemable partners e.g. amazon. Argos and Halfords are a big plus as I used the vouchers for car service parts like engine oil/filters. Instant availability of voucher codes with in minutes . Me personally i would recommend then highly.
Love the site and have been with them for years. Only down side is their range of vouchers in the rewards section is not what it used to be.
I've been with Consumer Pulse for several years now. I've never had any issues with receiving my rewards and have earned hundreds of pounds worth of vouchers. In particular, I like that you can still earn points even if you don't have any purchases to report that week. Would definitely recommend, this is a genuine site and although it can take a little while to build up rewards, it's very worth it for relatively little effort
Meh. Genuine and safe survey site, but the experience was so basic and the disregard for user safety / customer experience / brand was quite shocking and vouchers were no longer usable anywhere. No longer a member and absolutely no lost sleep over that.
