Work commenced in February
***EDIT*** CES have now replied to this review and have failed to mention that even their own inspector commented that radiators needed sorting and we have been waiting over three months for this. As for being uncooperative, since when has it been the homeowners responsibility to source contractors to remedy their faults as they have been unable to get anyone, and then when I get a quote they flat out refuse to consider it. Work commenced in February, completed the installation in June. Not one room in our house has been unaffected. Multiple return visits to correct errors and defects. We are now in October and we still have outstanding issues with damaged window frame, stained carpets and damaged carpet as well as damaged radiators. Customer service department are not motivated to resolve, even asked me to talk to repair agents on their behalf as they could not get through to them on the phone. There was some good,careful work from a few contractors but the mess caused and disruption and damage by others would definitely make me think again. I was told 2-3 weeks and there was redecorating involved but I have been left in such a position that every room in the house needs attention and many need completely recorationg. I have held off posting a review as tried to give them a chance to resolve but it looks very much like I shall have to refer the problem on. Very dissapointed
