Not the best fit for my foot. Lot of room that seems to be growing as the wear. I am using two pairs of sox now but my feet are still moving around in the boots. Three pairs of socks are not feasible. So I have switched back using my last pair of boots until I can figure something out. Only thing I can think of is to put some new insoles in over the ones that are already in the boots. Maybe that will do the trick and snug things up a bit. That would be great if that did the trick. There you have It. That is what I have experienced thus so far. Wish I had a little more positive feedback for you guys. That be it. Good looking boot though.

I bought some boots over a month ago and I was waiting on an update for the order. the initial order went through and was saying processing for about a week only to see that the card was declined and it never processed. I never received an email on it, just been waiting for weeks and nothing. It’d be nice to get actual updates on pending orders

Nice selection of HV products for women. Pricing is comparable to their competitors. Their shipping costs are about half of what competitors charge. When I am only purchasing one or two items i always compare the shipping costs.

make sure you pay attention to the sizing

The masks did not fit, The ear elastics are too short and I could not wear them, neither could my husband. A waste of my money. Could I sent them back? Minus the ones we tried? Or would you reimburse me??

Pants and overalls arrived in a timely manor but website stated free shipping on orders over 49 $ and I was charged shipping on my order and it was over a 90 $ order.

Sizes are bigger. But I love them. Seem to be made tough so far. I would definitely order them again. Only wish they had more colors to choose from.

The boots are very confutable. My only complaint is I am a man with a weight of only 172 lbs. women’s boots weight less and my career choice requires me too have a composite toe. If I had a choice I would pick something none pink! With that said I will continue to purchase my boots from you they are worth the flack I will take.
