I was not happy whit the service I received on my last order. I submitted an order for some gloves. Ithan waited for 2 weeks or more, just to find out that I wasn’t receiving my order. 😮

The reason for 4 out of 5 stars, The web site showed the items I wanted were available. after I placed my order and received conformation. I received an email that the items were on back order.

They still had not shipped my order after 12 days. Had to chat with a customer service rep who had no access to any update. Got a cancellation email a few hours later. What a waste of time.

The boots I ordered were great. But my husband has alot feet issues. I thought I had ordered a good size for him. Unfortunately and no mistake on your part, they didn't fit, to small. So I will be returning them for half size bigger. Because of his feet problems I wanted a good quality boot for him. I love the quality of your boots. I placed order. Was never notified it was back ordered for months. It would of been nice if I didn’t have to call to find this out. I ordered this cooling vest for my husband because it’s so hot. Now my monies are tied up and you can’t deliver til mid August now. I still need it for him but it does not make me want to use your company in the future. If I’m not notified and it’s not to me by august 12th as promised I’m gonna be extremely mad
