The raincoat I bought looked good for the price, until it came to shipping, which was as much as the raincoat. I then attempted to purchase another one, which would have shipped with the first one for the same price, but they didn't have one.

I placed a order and it was cancelled then I re-orded the same 2 shirts over the phone and I was sent the wrong color. I sent an email advising of the wrong color and still have not heard back. Awful customer service when my first order was cancelled I was not notified of why or when it was cancelled. I just got an email a month later telling me I was getting a refund. When I called to see what was going on I had to place my order again. I wanted yellow and got rust (burgundy) not even sure what color it is. These are supposed to be work shirts that's why I wanted the bright yellow.

I love Timberland pros I don’t know if it’s because of my size and weight I work the weekend shift for 25 years I work Saturday Sunday and Monday I only wear my boots to work and work only Saturday feet felt great Sunday feet started to hurt a little bit more and Monday heard on the bottom I don’t know if it’s because on my way to Compaqs to soul inside I’ve tried every kind of foot inserts nothing seems to work

Perfect fit and good quality

This belt is not sealed, so the stain comes off and marks whatever it touches. If they would have said in the description that it wasn't sealed, I wouldn't have bought it. Also, for some reason, they use a third party to process the sale, and still someone else to track the shipment. By the time you're finished with this company, you don't know who you're dealing with. Also, it's not easy to contact the seller. I try to email them, and it says address not found. I didn't appreciate this sale, and if I knew I had to go through all this, I wouldn't have dealt with them. Thank you.

My work shoes came quickly and it's comfortable and don't have to tie it.

I did not receive my complete order. I did as customer service requested. Sent pictures of what was received to customer service addtesd. Have not seen a response to this day. I paid for inserts and cool pack for your vest received only vest. Also other items backordered was cool hard hat insert.

One side of the silica beads swelled up but other side had no beads therefore it didn't swell up. Not one but the 2 that I bought didn't swell on one side only! Just saying "Buyer be Ware" Piece of crap!!! AMAZON HAS A BETTER ONE. U get what u pay for these day's. Hard to get quality products.
