Horrible, horrible communication. I could see they were shipping the wrong item. So I emailed and a WEEK later, the day it finally shipped, they replied with a canned response denying it was wrong and wouldn't respond to my other emails. Poor customer service. I won't be using them again.

I'm sure I have left a review before but I found this site by accident and went ahead and ordered some work pants for my husband he's 6foot 6inches tall and it's really hard to find pants that fit he's not fat so when you look for big and tall pants they are usually really just for people on the cubbier side and he's just on the taller side so I love that I can always find 36 length pants for him

Company seems decent and appears helpful, but beware if you need to return anything (as I did). You will be charged a service fee for doing so, and will not be refunded your purchase price. This is the only company I’ve bought from in the last several years that operates this way for online purchases.
