The boots I received are not the ones I ordered and it’s too much of a hassle to return them and I shouldn’t have to return them because of your mistake

I gave 3 stars as #1, I didn't get a tracking number, #2 I had to call customer service to ask when my boots were shipping (as the email I got said they were due to ship on so and so date) #3, the order had not even been filled after 2 weeks, #4... which is most important, I ordered the 8" Timberland Pro insulated and waterproof steel toe boots in a size 11.5 W... the right boot fits ok... but the left boot is small. I had no choice but to try to break them in as I had no other boots as well as any money to even buy cheap boots to get me thru till y'all fixed this. So...lesson learned, I will NOT buy from you again.

Terrible and I waited a long time for my order and I spent a lot of money and they do not want to answer me

I ordered a pair of Steel Blue work boots and the boots appeared to be in stock. About 10 days after ordering, I received an email informing me the boots were out of stock and saying that my payment would be refunded. I thought this strange since I had never received a shipment notice. Several days later, the refund showed up on my card. So, Construction Gear charged my card before they shipped the goods and then had to issue a refund when they learned the goods were not in stock. I am pretty sure that this happened because Construction Gear is forwarding orders to Blue Steel for drop shipment, but doing so without visibility of Blue Steel's inventory levels. Get your acts together folks! This is NOT an acceptable way to conduct online business! I will not be ordering from Construction Gear or Blue Steel in the future.

Delivery was early. Item as described. I would definitely make a future purchase.

Received two hard hats with broken suspension clips. Contacted customer service through the site and have not heard a thing for over three weeks. Don't be fooled by the PA location - there is no customer service. I read that in the other reviews as well, but did not read about receiving broken items. AVOID!!!!

When I ordered two pairs of glasses, I wrote a message asking to send clear and dark glasses. Probably I wrote it in the wrong place, because two pairs of dark glasses were sent instead. So, not blaming anybody.

No stock of products advertised I ordered and paid for a pair of shorts, to receive an email telling me to contact them by phone. After numerous attempts (and wasting hours on hold) I cancelled the order. This company is a joke. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!!!
