Can never do business with you again. Post office could deliver the package and sent it back. Your customer service said it was because I didn’t provide my unit number and said I would have to pay for shipping. New order sent to me at my cost. I was coming home and the postman stops me and says there is no name on this order either and he was just about to send it back. I never saw the first one. I have a picture of the second packages label. After all these years of ordering from you. I will never again.

The product looks just like the sample that was sent over for review. Very pleased with the quick turnaround time.

The wrong size was sent to me. I got a return authorization. It's taken forever to get a replacement. When I try to call half the time I get an answering machine. The other times I sit on hold for 15 to 20 minutes. And then when I do speak to somebody they act as if I am putting them out. When you do ship something you do not provide a tracking number or any means of following the incoming shipment. Initial order was October 20 and here it is November 30 and I'm still waiting trying to get a new pair of work shoes

A 4 week lead time for a custom order is ridiculous. It also took forever to get the proofs back because a 3rd party is used. Disappointing experience overall.
