I purchased something months ago and the item was terribly misrepresented. The order was missing about a third of the product and the ones I did receive had an almost expired date that was not disclosed on website. I contacted staff and they claimed the rest of the items were shipped in separate package, but were unable to provide me with a single valid tracking number. I did a return of what I did receive and was told I’d be refunded the entire cost of purchase and not have to pay the return fee, since the error was on the company’s part. Then when I checked back later, an employee told me it wasn’t a valid return, since they apparently updated the site to show the expired date weeks AFTER my purchase and had the nerve to say it had listed the expired date all along. Very dirty scam. I still have not received a refund and will have to dispute with my credit card. This site is a scam. Do not use. Ever. The staff are rude and lying scammers.

Some minor defects with the printing. Better quality control would be helpful.

They sold a product, charged my card, couldn't deliver product, refunded card. Wasted my time is what I think of Construction Gear. Will not use again.
