Shoes were perfect and exactly as described, unfortunately we had to return them because they were not the right height for my son's work. Customer service was amazing and the rep could not have been any nicer or more informative. Will definitely do business with them again, highly recommend this company.

Horrible customer service and shipping time was ridiculous. I purchased a hard hat. Took almost a month to receive it after the shipping notification. Oh and that nice tracking app they use sucks. Showed the product shipped from Pennsylvania and then sat in Memphis for three weeks. Customer service was nothing but rude and smarta$$es

Four Stars is a fair performance rating. I'm a tough reviewer... almost never handing out perfect ratings. CONSTRUCTION GEAR, like most businesses, did not deserve 5 stars, but 4 means that I will most certainly buy again as well as recommend the company to others. The online order process was relatively simple, though I am not pleased that an item was not in stock, and had to be back-ordered. Its not back ordering that aggravated me a bit; it was that I was not informed of the low-zero inventory count and that I would obviously need to wait for it to be replenished. A customer should always know immediately that inventory is low or non existent in order to establish a possible alternative, such as selecting another item, going to a competitor, or waiting on a back-order process. In my situation. a oarticulsr jean was out of stock. Fortunately, I could wait until inventory could be replenished enough to cover my need. Additionally, I was emailed a Backorder Notification apologizing for the situation and detailing steps being taken to quickly have my items back in stock and my order fulfilled.
