I appreciated the great customer service I received was a little bit shocked about the eight dollars plus return fee that I was charged. Wasn’t aware of that. I would’ve kept the pants but they were Sized incorrectly.
My first and only order so far was not the best or worst experience I would say.. I had made a fairly large order, it was shipped and received in a very timely manner. But upon opening order I was reviewing invoice and did not receive about separate items I ordered. I notified customer service asap. After doing so I received e mail within 4-5 days . Then I was asked for my invoice received with shipment, and item or invoice numbers and description of items missing and picture of items received. After getting all the information Customer Service requested I sent them in an email. So from the time I ordered and finely received items paid for and received the entire order was almost 2 1/2 - 3 weeks after purchasing items. I was happy with my order and the product s received when I finally got them. No issue with web site nor customer service at all. My issue was in shipping and not receiving all items ordered in a timely manner. Amy
Great product and very happy with it. Only downside was that order was a split delivery and I was not informed that that was going to happen and was in the process to correct the issue when I got the email that the second product was being shipped. Never was informed why it was a split delivery. Final got product and order completed
I was informed by many of my colleagues that this snow boot would keep my feet warm when it snowed and in freezing weather. Well, it was freezing weather and my toes got cold. Even though I had on three pair of socks. I had to go inside the building until my toes thawed out.
