Customer service too long
Iβve complained about receiving only half my order over a week ago and Iβve had one message back saying that they will be I touch I ordered 2 x beef protein (strawberry laces) and received 1 but itβs taking over a week to look into and sort out

Avoid buying direct
If I could provide a rating of zero I would. Iβve used CNP for years and their products are great. However if you order directly you are in for a challenging journey. The items donβt turn up and they will not return calls or emails. 15 emails to customer service and a similar number of calls. No goods received, no refund. Case open with PayPal. Buyer beware. Worst customer service ever. Do not use. If you are a fan of CNP buy from someone other than their site.

Good powder products
Good powder products, deals make it attractive but list price prevents me from buying more. Protein bars are good quality again list price prevents me from buying more but also they typically have been too close to best by dates and again more confidence in this would encourage more purchases. All in all very good though.

Fantastic staff and supplements
Fantastic staff, I returned some of my order and cnp got it collected the next day, with no drama, Very helpful, I have used there supplements when I was bodybuilding, and still use them now I am a Triathlet, been using cnp for 10 to 15 years very tasty supplements, love the bars and gels when racing and training Thank you cnp

Excellent Products but the Proteinβ¦
Excellent Products but the Protein Powder does not mix well at all. Very lumpy either with water or almond milk. Disappointing protein powder as everything else is fantastic.

They haven't replied to 2 emails sent to them regarding promotion code not working they sent me as a new customers nor the complaint about the delivery courier! Poor customer service, just want your money
