Iβve complained about receiving only half my order over a week ago and Iβve had one message back saying that they will be I touch I ordered 2 x beef protein (strawberry laces) and received 1 but itβs taking over a week to look into and sort out

Short delivered and no explanation or response
Ordered 2 tubs and only received 1 with no explanation. Messaged straight away. No reply, its been over a week now. Never had any problems with my previous orders. This is not acceptable to me.
