Avoid buying direct
If I could provide a rating of zero I would. I’ve used CNP for years and their products are great. However if you order directly you are in for a challenging journey. The items don’t turn up and they will not return calls or emails. 15 emails to customer service and a similar number of calls. No goods received, no refund. Case open with PayPal. Buyer beware. Worst customer service ever. Do not use. If you are a fan of CNP buy from someone other than their site.
