A very friendly agency. Three years of cooperation with zero problems. They respond to emails very quickly. Repairs were done on time. We ended our cooperation because I bought a house. When moving out, they were very helpful with the organization. I highly recommend them 100%.

Great agency! Nice people and very responsive! Had an issue with my wall and they were very proactive and communicative in resolving it as soon as possible.
Tony and his team have been dealing with the rental of my two properties in Deals Gateway for twelve years. During that time they have found new tenants quickly and managed the properties very efficiently. Communication is good and any issue is dealt with promptly. Replacement items are costed and sent to me for approval. Prices seem reasonable. My only negative comment would be that the monthly rental can sometimes take time to appear in my back account.

I have to say that Mark Hanson is the go to man to find you a decent place to rent. Our whole process with Mark took less than a week to complete and we moved in the following week due to a few touch up with the flat we are renting. The whole time kept us in formed and sped whatever he could to make the it as easy as possible. Great guy great service!!

Cityrez has been recommended to me by a work colleague. In the first instance 2.3 stars on Google generated many question marks. I believe those awful feedbacks are addressed to the members who are no longer employed with this company, as my own experience with the current staff could not be rated lower than 10/10. I would like to give a personal thank you to Tony as he is always prompt with replying and very helpful in fixing all maintenance issues in a timely manner. At the same time I would like to express my gratitude to Laura and Mark, who always helped me throughout the entire process of moving. Nowadays, positive experience with lettings agents became a rarity, so I have to say that I am very satisfied with the customer service I received. Thank you guys!
