Great agency! Nice people and very responsive! Had an issue with my wall and they were very proactive and communicative in resolving it as soon as possible.
Tony and his team have been dealing with the rental of my two properties in Deals Gateway for twelve years. During that time they have found new tenants quickly and managed the properties very efficiently. Communication is good and any issue is dealt with promptly. Replacement items are costed and sent to me for approval. Prices seem reasonable. My only negative comment would be that the monthly rental can sometimes take time to appear in my back account.

Cityrezltd have managed my property for me for the past 7 years. I got seriously ill and needed help and was inundated with offers from companies but Claire at Cityrez was the only person who came personally to see me and find out what I needed!! Her caring and genuine concern made business easy and she talked me through every step. The team are efficient and professional and I never have to worry. I highly recommend them!
