Horrible company to deal with. Their appointment department have just been in touch and have informed me that they only take bookings for a low lying wire for the next 48hrs. Today is Monday but if I want to book a friday repair when I'm at home, I need to cancel this booking and place another request with Vodafone. This is very Frustrating as I just sat on Hold for 30mins with Vodafone to get this booking.
Dennis and Kosten arrived at my house yesterday to install a fibre cable and set up my new Sky broadband hub. The job was executed professionally and efficiently, and took no longer than an hour to complete. Sometimes in life the only thing we crave is being recognised by the quality of work we do. So I would like to extend that recognition to them both. Well done, lads - on a job well done.
Had an appointment booked for broadband repair. Nobody showed up or called so I spend allt he time at home waiting in vain. Very unprofessional.
Came to my house on behalf of @nie to move a pole. We reluctantly agreed but were promised no distribution to our house. Left my yard torn up with diggers, I’m walking through 6 inches of mud , cut debris left, dangerous equipment left on the pole in my field and the evening they left I spent two hours washing down my cobble drive way as they used it as a race track all day. Mud and dirt everywhere! I have tried calling, sending a contact on the website and ringing technicians - nothing back! Dreadful company, even worse customer service and no regard for peoples property when carrying out work. Stay well clear!!! I am seeking legal as I have before and after videos and won’t be footing the bill for their mess!
James came on time explained exactly what he was going to do fitted and upgraded wfi good service thanks
I wish Energia would use a different company to install home chargers for EVs because they are very disorganised and a bit ridiculous in the way they handle the installs. They demand a video call to check the property (which takes two weeks to get) when they could just give a list of what they need and homeowner could make video and send. Then you have to wait at least another two weeks before they can book an install. Surely, they could book that at the same time of the video and if there is a problem cancel it since it is two weeks in advance anyway. Would take the pressure off the consumer who is relying on a granny charger.
Smashed my window, have stalled paying for it for 3 months, there is never anyone available to speak to me, they promise to call back, but never do.
Engineer came to install initial part of fibre connection. Although he wasn’t able to complete the whole job due to needing traffic control, he was exceptional in terms of his professionalism and completed the necessary work in a timely manner. His work was also really tidy. I’m not sure so easy with an old stone property, but he did this without any fuss. Was also very helpful with our neighbor who unfortunately did not have the same positive experience as we did when they had the same work. I feel he needs recognition for great work! Thanks Vincent Summers!
this company Cir cet installed internet to the above flat they never asked my permission the cable goes up my wall along my part of front of house up to his window the wires are unsightly and could easily have been re routed along his window sill and behind the down pipe i was never asked permission about this seems they ae impossible to contact well a quick cut of the cable will soon get them interested
The engineer did instal however the damage he left to an external panel in the communal hallway is unacceptable I have tried 3 times to speak to someone and been lied to re call back This is unacceptable and on top of the our Factor is now unhappy also Shocking service no one takes ownership
2 employees of Circnet called today to install an EV Charger at my sons home in Rolestown, North Co. Dublin. Just want to give them a 10 out of 10 for their quality of work, their friendly approach and professionalism. Excellent work. Their names were Shane Holmes and his buddy Shaun/Sean Ed Margey
COMPANY IS JUST REVENUE BASED, THEY DONT ABOUT CARE ABOUT YOU, YOUR SITUATION OR MENTAL HEALTH. WHATEVER WAY YOU HAD OF MAKING EXTRA MONEY THEYLL ADD SOMETHING IN TO COUNTER THIS SO THEY DONT HAVE TO PAY OUT SO MUCH TO THE PEOPLE DOING THE ACTUAL HARD WORK. DONR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL, RUN!
Had my fibre installed by Omar & team in PR2, did a great job, previous contractors left things incomplete but Omar managed to resolve the issues & finally as the 4th engineer got the fibre up & running. Really helpful, tidy & explained everything he was proposing to do.
I had my fibre broadband installed by Cricet, and I couldn’t be more impressed. When the team arrived, Michral McCann, the engineer discovered the existing fibre line was broken. Instead of walking away or rushing the job, he spent hours carefully tracing and locating the fault — determined to get me up and running. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine dedication to solving the issue was outstanding. They were also incredibly friendly and respectful throughout, making what could have been a frustrating experience really pleasant. It's rare to see such commitment and care these days. Thank you Cricet for the amazing service — truly five stars and highly recommended!
I recently had broadband installed at my property by Nathan Bentley, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service he provided. From start to finish, Nathan was professional, courteous, and efficient. He arrived on time, explained the installation process clearly, and carried out the work to a very high standard. He took great care to ensure everything was set up properly and even took the time to test the connection and make sure I was happy before leaving. It’s clear that Nathan takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!

It's a pity that it's not possible to leave 0 stars, or even a negative amount of stars. I wanted to get broadband connection, what an idea. In our area many of the poles were put in a way that you can't even reach the house with an aerial cable. And apparently Circet has a dedicated team to install underground cables. In my case it would be just 6-7 meters. But they simply refuse it, the NBI technician who was here today really tried to convince them. In addition, they are even not too busy in the moment I have heard. No surprise this very bad overall note for this company, a shame.
Circet “engineers” arrived at my property on 15th April to complete a full fibre installation. I had to ask them to remove a heavy metal toolbox from my glass table. They did a shoddy job, leaving a hole and cracked my sandstone wall which they attempted to fill with silicone. They left cables unsecured across the front of my house. I contacted my service provider BT to complain. Since then Circet have sent out two engineers who have taken photos and left, giving me no indication what they are going to do to remedy this or when.
They were third party for Openreach installing broadband. The engineer had no ID or identification and I had no prior warning of who they were or what to expect. I took the risk of letting a stranger enter my home posing as an engineer, due to desperation to get broadband back. She was fantastic as it happened, but it’s not good enough for Circet to put her in that position, or for Openreach to subcontract to a company that won’t provide ID for its workers.
