Exceptional Service – Above and Beyond!

I had my fibre broadband installed by Cricet, and I couldn’t be more impressed. When the team arrived, Michral McCann, the engineer discovered the existing fibre line was broken. Instead of walking away or rushing the job, he spent hours carefully tracing and locating the fault — determined to get me up and running. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine dedication to solving the issue was outstanding. They were also incredibly friendly and respectful throughout, making what could have been a frustrating experience really pleasant. It's rare to see such commitment and care these days.
