Wow looks like the 2.5 star average is very generous. Recently had a Circet technician out fixing my neighbours wifi and in doing so disconnected mine. I called Circet to be told that nope sorry thats not our problem. So in summation Circet technician comes, creats a fault that wasn't there when he came, Circet technician leaves, Circet say nope this isn't our problem good luck and nope we have no official complaints procedure and nope our managers our too busy to deal with an issue we created. Bravo Circet Bravo. Also keep in mind folks we are all paying for this wonderful service by way of NBI.
