Absolutely useless planning

First appointment took day off work ,nobody shows , technician or nobody calls ye to say they wont make it . Get the run around for circet then make another appointment , yep nobody shows , no calls no nothing , eventually get someone to tell me tech will ring me . Yet another day taken off from work . Now tells me he propably wont make it ... Ridiculous shit overall service . Thanx
