My partner and I were searching for a place to rent in the Bishops Waltham area and we found a beautiful 3 bed through Charters Estate. We were not looking forward to the stressful process of house search but Lily Mott, the letting agent, was very helpful from the time we were arranging for viewing. thank you Lily for all your help and thank you Charters for making the process less stressful

Fantastic service Huge thank you to Ed and the team in Chandlers Ford for their professionalism, help, support and guidance over the last few months. Our home sold within days and when our buyer had to pull out due to personal circumstances they were able to find us a new buyer within hours. What has made the process so much less stressful is the wonderful Lisa. She has kept us informed on both our sale and purchase every step of the way and we are so grateful to her and the team for all their help. Our old property management company (Southern Property) got taken over by Charters and we are so pleased with their professionalism. Jacqui and Kirstie, moved from Southern Property to Charters, are so helpful and have always been available for any rental query. Kirstie is currently arranging our move into a new house and has gone above and beyond looking after us. Highly recommended!
