Customer service was sadly lacking in response and product knowledge when the wrong item was sent, returns labels were not forthcoming and an attempt to justify the wrong product as correct made this a frustrating attempt of a simple purchase.

With this Pergola, you get a lot for your money. Properly treated wood, easy to assemble and a very good cost. Items needed to assemble it were stapled to the wood in a plastic robust bag. This avoided them getting lost. Packaging was worse for wear when it arrived, but I would have been happy for it to be delivered without packaging, just as a timber yard would deliver it.

I ordered the Wild Garden Martic 5 seater garden furniture last week. I had immediate acknowledgement regarding delivery times, which was amazingly quick. The day of delivery, I needed to know the dimensions of the furniture to decide if it would go down side of my house or through front porch. On checking, I noticed it had been reduced by £100. I rang and spoke to Emma who immediately refunded this amount onto my credit card. Extremely impressed with this response, thank you! I absolutely love this furniture, it is extremely well made, sturdy and stylish. I would not hesitate to recommend Charlies to everyone. Excellent customer service and great delivery service

My delivery arrived safely and quickly. It was a Le Crueset mug, extremely well packaged. I was kept informed of the parcel status at all times. Thank you, a wonderful service which I shall definitely use again.

The shoes were in a box, but the socks were protected only by the parcel wrapping paper, which had been torn open, no doubt by thoughtless handling, and the top of one of the pairs of socks was protruding.

It was easy to order through the website and I was contacted quickly to arrange delivery. The delivery provided used was dissapointing and I've had to raise a complaint due to damage caused to my property as a result of the delivery. I was in contact with Charlies regarding a minor fault with my item, via Whatsapp it took an inordinate amount of time to get a response and the person who initially responded just didn't seem to have read my message properly. It was later picked up again and I'm still in the process of resolving.

Arrived promptly, well packaged. The item was exactly as descibed and easy to assemble. A great little bistro set, looks good quality.
