I ordered the Wild Garden Martic 5 seater garden furniture last week. I had immediate acknowledgement regarding delivery times, which was amazingly quick. The day of delivery, I needed to know the dimensions of the furniture to decide if it would go down side of my house or through front porch. On checking, I noticed it had been reduced by £100. I rang and spoke to Emma who immediately refunded this amount onto my credit card. Extremely impressed with this response, thank you! I absolutely love this furniture, it is extremely well made, sturdy and stylish. I would not hesitate to recommend Charlies to everyone.
