James was extremely thorough. His report clearly categorised items from 1 (no action) to 3 (short term action recommended), estimating likely costs in each case. He was friendly and professional throughout, including a debriefing Teams meeting to discuss/clarify the report. I won't hesitate to use Charlecote Estates again.

In the end it was the level of detail and possible consequences of the issues found. It cost me Β£1275 for the survey but saved me at least 10 times in fixing the issues. From the outset James was polite, explained what he would do and gave me a timescale. In reality it was much shorter than indicated. Great value for money.

Expert, elaborate, polite

James is an expert on his area. He explained the survey result to us verbally and also prepared a detailed, easy to understand report. He also answered our phone calls to ask his advice about some issues such as wall repairing, possible noise and traffic problem caused by the school near of the house.

Brilliant service and thorough report - highly recommended

Extremely happy with the report I received and the availability of the surveyor to answer any questions that arose. The survey was very thorough and included photos of areas of concern which was very helpful. Speedy turn around time, James phoned me following the survey and advised me of his findings, the full report was available to download that evening. I would highly recommend this company.

Very happy with the service I received
