James was extremely thorough. His report clearly categorised items from 1 (no action) to 3 (short term action recommended), estimating likely costs in each case. He was friendly and professional throughout, including a debriefing Teams meeting to discuss/clarify the report. I won't hesitate to use Charlecote Estates again.

In the end it was the level of detail and possible consequences of the issues found. It cost me £1275 for the survey but saved me at least 10 times in fixing the issues. From the outset James was polite, explained what he would do and gave me a timescale. In reality it was much shorter than indicated. Great value for money.

Very thorough. The survey report consisted of detailed findings and the use of pictures. Layout of report was easily accessible and included helpful tips. Also extended his service by answering some questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

A comprehensive and timely survey was followed swiftly by a phone call covering the essential aspects and shortfalls. This was wrapped up in a clear and unequivocal Homebuyers Report that allowed justifiable and evidenced renegotiation of the asking price. I highly recommend Charlecote Estates for a Homebuyers Report. James was able to fit in our survey at very short notice and the result was a very thorough, detailed report, including colour pictures, in a very quick turnaround time. James called on the day of the report to discuss his findings and also spoke with us at length after we had read the full report to answer our questions and explain it further.
