Orderbnumber 12869484. 2 of items 401205 Rouall Lyme 8 oz all pirpose lotion / mens cologne. My husband has used this all of our married lifr (39 years) we have never had a problem like this. The cologn is sealed in a box. When we opened one of our...the lid was not on correctly anf aboit 1/3 of the cologne is GONE I can send a picture if needed.
I had no problem ordering customer service check to see if i received my package my item was a little off on size but thankfully i ordered a size up so it's workable

i believe i purchased a motorcycle vest great price eventhough i dont have a motorcycle. i have not worn it yet but i have worn it around my home just to get a view of how it looks. it is beautiful cant wait until the fall/winter so i can wear it with my boots
Not satisfied with service. I ordered some shoes. The arrived late and tried to return shoes but couldn't send shoes back because they didn't send me a receipt.
We ordered a leather motorcycle jacket, hoping the quality would be reasonable and got much better quality than we expected. Have referred several of our members to Certainty Stores and all have been greatly satisfied. Would recommend and definitely use again.
