Great customer service...Attention to detail... Very Professional.
Great customer service, and CEL pays attention to detail, questioning and covering any and every issue possible, in regard to any form of disrepair in the home. They are very meticulous and professional, and show real and actual concern for tenants, stuck in limbo, with housing disrepair issues, with unbothered landlords. Thank you, Beverly, for the phone calls, emails, and explaining fully and professionally, on how the process would be carried out. It is very much appreciated, and it brings some peace of mind, especially when dealing with housing associations that deem their tenants as "irrelevant"... Until you owe them some rent money!

Very good start of claim process
Am just on the very early stage of a fraud claim. So far I have been very impressed with the service I received from Jack. He listened very attentively to me. Even when the line accidentally cut off while speaking with Jack, he called me back quickly. No Win No Fee Not true.
Not satisfied with the outcomes of the decision. Accept with regrets. CEL dealing with no win no fee basis. I have got 50/50 result, but CEL charges his dues like won the case. Of course it's not a winning position in my case.
