Thats their reply.does not say there is not a case.it was about solicitors not claiming my consequential losses although including them in a schedule of losses and only being interested in their £50k success fee.seems cel don’t have the balls to go after other solicitors.

I found this company on facebook and I filled out the form what was attached to the company. They got in touch the next day. I spoke to Jack Wilson which he explained and outlined all what was going to happen from beginning to end and also he mentioned the fees which I found great at least I know what to expect when the case is over, Jack was great to talk to he made me feel at ease.
