Great customer service, and CEL pays attention to detail, questioning and covering any and every issue possible, in regard to any form of disrepair in the home. They are very meticulous and professional, and show real and actual concern for tenants, stuck in limbo, with housing disrepair issues, with unbothered landlords. Thank you, Beverly, for the phone calls, emails, and explaining fully and professionally, on how the process would be carried out. It is very much appreciated, and it brings some peace of mind, especially when dealing with housing associations that deem their tenants as "irrelevant"... Until you owe them some rent money!
