I spoke to a customer care assistant at first who was not very helpful and slightly rude.
I then emailed the complaints department and had a very swift response from a very helpful lady called Millie-Jess McIntyre. She solved the problem fully!
I am amazed to read any positive reviews of Castle Water, however it is possible that the consumer side is better than the commercial side. I have spoken to the the very nice people on the phone. There is no follow up. I still get bills for premises that I left 6 months ago. I have sent a copy of the lease with the new tenant details. This made no difference at all. I have phoned about 6 times, I have followed up with emails. But these invoices just keep coming. I am no longer going to waste my time telling you what I have previously told you about 6 times already.
