I ordered a pizza by calling the Hiawatha location. A beef pizza, I got a cheeseburger bacon pizza. I called back, they said they’d replace it. I called again, to the Hiawatha location and they said “no one picked it up.” I said, “ Why would someone pick it up, I had the first(wrong one) delivered?” They never said this wouldn’t be delivered, they never called to tell me anything when it wasn’t picked up. Jade, the manager( HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS- NONE AT ALL) said we have no way to deliver it. Well I didn’t order my pizza via Door Dash, I don’t even have the app! So why would I know Door Dash did the delivery when I didn’t use Door Dash to order! This was very simply rectified: Jade or someone in her store should have delivered! I have never been treated so rudely and had NO RESOLUTION! I do NOT use Casey’s for anything except pizza when I don’t want to go out: I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! I’m 56 years old and this is HANDS DOWN the worse customer service I’ve ever had: there was NO SERVICE, NO true type of apology, and no offer to truly correct THEIR ERROR. The only answer was, “Logan was new…”. I don’t care who was new: he was rude when taking the order as he didn’t even say “Casey’s”. I had to confirm that when I originally called in the order…again WORST WORST WORST customer service I’ve ever had…and I am still having to pay for this! Jade did say, “you can contact Door Dash…”. Again, I DO NOT HAVE THE DOOR DASH APP! Why would I contact Door Dash when I called the Hiawatha, Iowa location for the order and delivery?!? Can I say agin how HORRIBLE THIS EXPERIENCE WAS ?!? NEVER AGAIN!
