Time estimates for pick up orders are a joke. I arrived at the store at the estimated* time. I was told it would be about another 8 minutes. 20 minutes later, was still not given my order and had to wait until they helped all the other customers that came in after me. 30 minutes after my estimated pick up time, I still did not have my pizza and left as I could not waste any more time waiting for the staff to finish their chit chat and tell me when I would get my pizza. My order was refunded without me asking, but I still did not have dinner and wasted meal break from work.
